History
Catering to one of the area’s favorite pastimes, Irene’s Spring Tree Farm had of late been a prominent equestrian center, lending itself to the pursuit of fine horsemanship for the past ten years and more. Owned by the Irene family, founders of Asembia headquartered in Florham Park, NJ, the horse farm has hosted several televised fundraising events for the Make-a-Wish foundation. As well, the natural beauty and country charm of the farm made it the chosen location for a Ralph Lauren commercial. Ceding the land for distinctive development is a natural progression for Irene’s Spring Tree Farm, as it unites its equestrian heritage and community vision with the area’s history of horsemanship among landowners. Today this tradition culminates in some of the finest steeplechase racing in the country, held annually at the Far Hills Race Meeting. |
