- 800 Amp electric service available for each lot
- PSE&G natural gas lines installed underground
- Telephones lines installed underground
Land Management:
- Expansive cistern systems for firefighting are in place to ensure maximum safety
- A bio-retention swale system prevents use of Belgian block and helps to maintain a natural landscape
- Over 10,000 native trees have been planted to keep the landscape and eco-systems in tact
- Natural field stone from the original farm has been used throughout the property for building utility or other structures where needed
Preservation:
- Consultants specializing in pasture management have provided plans to ensure eco-friendly and bio-friendly maintenance of the entire property
- The 100 year old original stables have been fully restored to preserve each structure
- Road widths are maximized at 18 feet to preserve the rustic character of the property
